Problem is w/out best buy in the market the sales are much worse on anything newer thou and there are many titles that are much more $$$ then last years sales on physical media.

I am pretty sure they both lie about the free digital code though. I bought it from GRUV, and it did not have a digital code. GRUV's support is pretty worthless too. They have no idea what's going on. The code is SIGNUP20 for the 20 off though.

If you look at the recent Amazon reviews, other folks also indicate the code was missing. Now, maybe those were just GRUV's stock and not Amazons, but just be aware.

Wouldn't be surprised if they're opening the boxes, pulling the codes, resealing.
