If you look at the recent Amazon reviews, other folks also indicate the code was missing. Now, maybe those were just GRUV's stock and not Amazons, but just be aware.
I just received my 4K disc from GRUV and there was no digital copy either, even though it was clearly advertised as including one. So annoying! I would have never ordered this physical copy and just got the digital 4K version via Amazon Prime Store for $6.99
