Dell outlet has the refurbished 32 inch 4K QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW3225QF for $799.99 - If you chat with sales agent they will bring it down to $580.

Sales agent assured me that they are actually returns but Dell can't sell them as brand new.

Beware, these only come with 90-day warranty and a 30-day free return.

I guess my CSR card would add a year to the 90 day warranty, but damn I'm surprised dell wouldn't find some way to upsell a warranty for this.

I've bought from the refurb store before for other dell monitors and never had an issue, but those were in the $100 range.

I think I'll avoid for now, but great price.

I started by telling the agent I want to buy it for $500 and I explained to him that I'm taking the risk here because of the 90 day warranty, I then asked him nicely to contact a supervisor since I know he is allowed to give a little discount. The sales agent had to send it to a "pricing team" and I receive a quote of $580 a day later.
Is this a joke? WTF. Someone ban this guy from posting for a month.

Was able to reproduce this... also note the order link send to you from the chat rep goes directly to Dell.com to checkout. So not 100% sure but ther 15% CB from certain sites may stack. I gave it a shot

I did a live chat and asked for a discount on this. Dell Chat said, there is already like 23% discount coupon for this and he added a additional 3% on top of that. That brought the price down to $597.51 before taxes. At that price I figured I'd give it a shot. Chat also said 30 day return policy with "free returns."
anyways, after tax my total came out to be $654.27

I can't believe i'm jumping on in support of this post, but this deal is actually live, and you can really get it. It took me less than a half hour of talking to one of their sales reps, having that person escalate it, etc and no arguing to get a massive price cut. I just explained my reasoning and position, pointed out that they refuse to sell an extended warranty directly for these and the massive gap in warranty between the retail NIB monitors and this... and they folded.

It ended up being $600, and $666(lol) out the door. Which puts this in line with the refurbished MSI 321UP, which is only 165hz, and below the 321UPX, which although it does include the squaretrade coverage, that warranty famously does not cover burn-in.
This will not be my first refurb(or used) OLED, and i'm honestly perfectly fine with the deal for that price. 35%+ off the all time low BNIB price is pretty legit to me. My oldest OLED(LG C7) which has seen some pc gaming use is just barely starting to see some burn in or issues, and its coming up on 8 years old at this point.
If it shows up scratched to hell, or with a bunch of hours, i'll come up with a reason to exchange it and re-roll. I do think this is a better deal than the ebay "factory refurbished" MSIs because you're buying it straight from dell too.

My only question is, does anyone know of a third party extended warranty that covers burn in? the last thread on this was a mess regarding that.

I'm not sure credit card warranties cover refurbs.
