If someone has both the Visible up to $30 cash back offer on their Chase Freedom with 5% back for PayPal (so about $50 off the annual plan cost of $395), then you are getting to $28/month. Or about $345, without taxes because the phone is free and taxes are included in the price of the Visible+ plan. For a year of Visible+ service, which is still fantastic.
And, as others have posted as well, the trade-in value of the iPhone 13 is probably $230-250. Compared with the Straight Talk offer, even for people who are able to stack the promos (PayPal 5%, Chase Freedom Tracfone cash back up to $15 I think) and pay about $245 out the door (including tax on the price of the phone, and it looks like taxes may be part of the plan itself per their Broadband Facts), for one month of Straight Talk service that is relatively expensive... I would think that the Visible+ promo is a better deal if you would otherwise use the service.
