You're overthinking it, says it's the Visible+ Annual plan which is $395/year taxes and fees included so you're basically getting the iPhone 13 for free.

It sucks that trade-in phones have to be sent to them within 21 days. So if you're trying to upgrade somebody's phone for Christmas you're out of luck unless you give it to them early.

I need a family plan with 4 lines. Currently on a grandfathered google fi plan ($100/month for 4 lines). We are currently using old iphones. I wanted to switch to this deal with Visible. Do I have to open 4 different accounts on r*****n to get $60 off on each of the 4 lines? I have 1 chase freedom card. Please advise. Thanks!

Yes, it has to be 4 lines as my exp with 4 accounts.

If i activate my port-in number on this iPhone on Day 1, can i switch over to another phone while the 60 day counter is running?
After 60 days will the iPhone 13 unlock automatically?

Call it what you want. 395-60 CB is 335. In 60 days, what is a mint condition, unlocked, 13 worth? It might not be a free phone, but it's a near free year of Visible + service.

I've had some issues with video size and quality while trying to send videos iphone to iphone using Visible. They seem to have quality and size limits. Video quality looks crappy like they do when you send one to an android.
