Have they gotten rid of their Disney + (no ads) addition. Or does anyone know the price of it?

I guess this is like yesterday where their system is warming up or something and deal could be acquired little later in the day.
Same boat for me, my subscription ran out on the 21st of November and when I log in I confirm its asking me to resubscribe.
But when I click the link I get:

I know I could use a different email but does my existing account have to be unsubscribed for a month or something? I just don't get why I'm not eligible.
EDIT: I found it, yes you have to be unsubbed for a full month per the fine print:
"New and eligible returning subscribers (who have not been Hulu subscribers in the past 1 month)"
