For some reason, this took a little bit of work. I've had two previous accounts that I've been canceled, but I wouldn't give me the offer so I had to use an alternate email address and alternate credit card as well to get the offer to work.

The CEO just let slip on an earnings call that Disney makes more profit on the ad-supported version so the ad-free price was increased to drive people to the ad-supported version.

Are the ads still crazy obnoxious on Hulu? Been sharing the account for ad free but I'm sure they will restrict that soon enough.

This is the only time Hulu with commercials is worth it. Some of the worst ads of any streaming service besides peacock and Disney's are horrible now.

These sales are now almost always WITH ads. I'm sure it's more eye catching to have the lowest price number to advertise(pun intended) and they realize that the people like me that pay to have no ads are going to pay anyway.
