If u tried anything different that's prob why u got charged that or not eligible?
Charges should only be $2.99/month for next 12 months for Hulu and Disney with Ads.

Additionally, existing Hulu subscribers (including those on a free trial) are not eligible for this promotion." so like if u sign up thru Amazon or other app I'm guessing?
So basically, u can't do what everyone was doing last few years including me i.e. sign up for hulu with ADs then add on Disney+ without ADs for $2.99 cuz Disney got smart or greedy and closed loophole by getting rid of it.
