For the last couple of years, this treadmill has consistently ran close to $700, dropping down to $570 every now and then. My neighbor picked one up during one of these sales, and I was impressed with the build quality and features. Almost got one myself a year later, but decided to go a different direction. If it was this price at the time, it would've been a no-brainer though..
