You need to arrive at the airport at least 3-4 hours before your flight, or you risk not making the flight, even with Clear and TSA Pre. They do not have online digital boarding passes, there are no kiosks at the airport, and limited customer service at the airport.
The only way to get a boarding pass is by waiting in a long line with 200-300 passengers for an agent to print a physical boarding pass, reminiscent of the 1970s.
Additionally, they close the check-in counter one hour before the scheduled departure.A few months ago, my flight was delayed over an hour. I arrived at the desk 55 minutes before the original departure time and over two hours before the new departure time, but they refused to give me a boarding pass or a refund.
I will not use them again until they resolve the boarding pass issue and allow online check-in.
I definitely have heard of people having issues with Norse so I'm not trying to discount your negative experience, but at the same time there are tons of folks (like us) that have had totally smooth trips with them so hopefully blanket statements about what travelers "need" to do don't completely turn people off.
