the best way to check pre-purchase is on the device's box. There is a string of characters starting with M and ending either in LL/A or LW/A. The former has pulse oximetry, and the latter does not.
LL/A = has SpO2
LW/A = has SpO2 DISABLED

I received this "excellent" Ultra 2 watch about 3 days after ordering with the green alpine loop. It took a very long firmware update and several attempts to get it paired with my phone, but I eventually got there. Condition does appear to be excellent. Battery life is 100%. Warranty expires April 16, 2025, and there doesn't appear to be any way to extend that - at least not from the settings. No O2 sensor - it's either disabled or not present.
The charging puck is USB-C, but when I plugged it into a 20W apple brick charging was very slow, so it doesn't appear to be an apple fast charging puck -- looks like that's an additional $25.
I am assuming that the band is not an Apple band, but I don't have a similar band to compare to. The metal parts match, but fitment into the watch has small gaps. I may pick up an apple band when they go on sale for $50, otherwise I can stick to the generics. The authentic bands have much better rubber/silicon than the generics, but otherwise generics have always worked fine for me.
I plan to keep this.
