Last year, SPORTSLINE offered the deal to sign up and get Paramount+ free included.

These subscriptions will auto renew in about 4 weeks if you signed up when the deal was posted on 12/23/23.

I logged in and cancelled online, service continues for the full paid up period.

I then got an email stating this with my cancellation confirmation.

FIRST CANCEL before you do the below offer. YMMV on getting this offer.

Why leave now? There's more winning to do! For a limited time, email [email protected] and we'll give you two free months of access to SportsLine when you reactivate your subscription! Then, you'll resume normal billing after your two free months are up. E-mail [email protected] today! Offer is redeemable one time.

So you just kept using it after it expired? Or were you doing something to keep it going?
Yeah I kept using it and I just made sure to never log out just in case it wouldn't log back in. And I kept it going on 3 devices. All of a sudden the other day, I get the screen that says pick a plan.

So in a few months, I'm gonna need a new Sportsline deal.

For sure, way long time ago I tried to cancelSuccess and was told this:

"Extend your account for FREE until Jul 31, 2023!"

And only this month did I lose service. I count that as a win!

The current offer now says you get a 30 day trial of Paramount+ Essentials, which is the plan with commercials. No mention of Showtime. Anyone have any updates on what they are actually getting after subscribing? Not sure if it is worth $40 to roll the dice.

I've never had a Sportsline membership, I have done a TON of Paramount+ with Showtime Ad free 30 Day Trials.
Those have finally dried up, so what's my cheapest option to get Paramount+ with Showtime Ad free? $12.99/month looks like..?

That's the stated offer. It has always said 30 day trial and Essentials but for years it has been Paramount+ with Showtime that is active as long as the Sportsline Membership is active.

When the Sportsline Membership stops, so does paramount +. I have done this for multiple years now. Eventually it will stop working but no one knows when. It's a roll of the dice.

Same for me. I opened up the Paramount+ app yesterday and I had a prompt to sign up for a plan.

They finally got us ... it was good while it lasted.

I just went ahead and canceled and resigned on using the code VICTORY. I then tried to cancel again so it gave me till the end of February 2026 to say on. 14 months for $40. Thanks all.

No luck here with VICTORY. I'm told promotional code is not valid.

I got the December 2023 Sportline Deal. Paramount+ with Showtime annual package. Mine was expiring and so I cancelled on 12/30. The "Don't Go" offer tab on the cancellation page didn't work. So I just cancelled it.

Immediately got the one time offer email for two free months to reactivate. I passed. My
P+w/S account went dark a day later. Just got a new email from Sportsline offering a comeback deal for 50% off Annual. It has no mention of Paramount+ as one of the perks.

Anyone else get this offer. Pull the trigger. If so, did you get P+ back? Was it the P+ w/S?

Sportsline ended 12/31 for me as well as the P+ w/showtime. I did sign up a couple weeks ago for the sportsline with VICTORY deal, cancelled and got 3 month the extension using a new email. Signed in with the new email today and P+ w/showtime is working fine. Now to see if it last until 3/2026 or not Wink

It does NOT include Paramount Plus. I tried, then discovered this, then spent the next several days fighting to get Sportsline to cancel the subscription and refund the payment. Had to threaten to report them to FCC and FTC to get them to finally agree.

Sportsline says you can only get Paramount+ with Showtime Ad free when signing up for a full price offer -- i.e. you have to ignore all the promotions and pay full price. So the best deal would be 1 year for $99.99 = $8.33 per month.

It is included. Need to link or relink your sportsline account with your paramount plus account. Just did a month for a dollar. Only got one more month when I went to cancel, but was able to link to my paramount plus account no problem. No commercials and with showtime. I've not posted links before, but am trying. Surprised it's not in the wiki. Go back to other Sportsline threads and it's there. Also received and email from sportsline with the link in the body of the email.

Good luck!

I signed up a bit later than most SDers.

Just went in to cancel, and got an offer of two more months for free.

Time to enter that in my Google calendar.
