Great deal for benadryl just know that there are studies linked to dementia with prolonged use. Also personally when I take them I get extreme pain in my shins - legs.
Are you going to be grinding these pills up and using them as a body powder? If not, talc is unlikely to be an issue. This is pharmaceutical grade and so it has to be tested to be asbestos-free, unlike what j&j was using as a cosmetic or beauty product.

I have the best luck using this type of allergy medicine for really bad allergies (sneezing / runny nose). The other non-drowsy allergy medcine seems to do nothing for me. Works, but makes me sleepy. YMMV. Thanks for the deal.
They have some other types of allergy medicine for $1.88 too on the Frontpage, but not as many pills.

the ingredients have talc which i believe is talcum powder. With that J&J case going around, I shall skip it

The sleep aids versions they sell are 50mg liquid gels. So two of these pills, maybe? But I'm sure this is a case of 'minimum effective dose'. For me, I find that dosage is less important than if I've had it recently. When I use the sleep aid formula, it works super well the first night I take it but has almost no effect if I try to take it a second day.

Take a GABA pill with it. I fall asleep fast with Benadryl but wake easily. With gaba doesn't happen. GABA is inexpensive too.
FYI. There is some evidence that long term use of diphenhydramine is linked to alzheimers in older users. Whether it is cause and effect is unknown. Be careful.
Smoking deal. As others have mentioned diphenhydramine is the active ingredient in both Benadryl and sleep aids like Simply Sleep. A couple a drawbacks are you will build a tolerance quickly if using to help sleep and recent studies have found a possible link between long term use and dementia. If that leaves you a bit weary melatonin works well for sleep and is a supplement vs a synthetic drug
