You put the promo code in after you choose your payment type, works with paypal too. Thanks for the deal got the white one with a charging dock.

It's at the very end. I input a credit card then processed to the next step where I entered the promo code. After that was accepted, I edited payment to PayPal.

I checked out on mobile using PayPal and after you confirm PayPal as the payment method, you still have to confirm the final purchase on QVC's website. On that last screen you can add a promo code, check address, etc.
