I own both the 6800 XT and the 6950 XT which I upgraded to, and I paid a little less than MRSP for my 6800 XT (above $600) in 2022 compared to my 6950 XT which I purchased June of last year (for less than $600) when it went on sale, and I have to say to anybody who's in the market for a new GPU, the price for this 6800 XT right now is really slick, which not only is a competent and competitive card (compared to a 7800 XT), but it offers solid rasterization performance when gaming at 1440p. However, when it comes to ray tracing, not so much.
