I have unless I'm doing it completely wrong I'm signed into my account try to enter coupon and it's saying not a member. Do I sign up somewhere else ?

Just tested and it works for Kohl's rewards Members. Sometimes Kohl's expects to sign in again to use the Coupons. Try logging out and logging in again and both your coupons will come up in checkout page for you to Apply the coupons. You would not need to type the coupon codes and will appear in final page.

Right its looks like that but I can't click the 10% off its saying
This offer does not apply to the items in your cart or you have a better offer already applied..
Tried signing in and out and when I try to manually enter it I get not a rewards member 🤔..

I just tried it, and it worked fine. I'm not sure why you're having issues, but it is possible to replicate this, at least for me.

Similar looking ones from Aliexpress, makes me think this is some generic air fryer and might not work well.
