No direct experience, but some ppl used to love these for commuting. if you have a rim brake bike, 28s probably won't fit so double check before you buy.

These are great.. I've done a few centuries and a lot of rides through pretty rough streets broken glass and these tires hold up awesome. Past dozens of people fixing flats.

I just bought a used road bike with rim brakes (Shimano 105s) that has 28mm tires. I think they are gatorskins, but possibly an older version. Had no trouble removing the front wheel.

It depends on the bike frame clearance. Check if there is reasonable margin on both the front and back tires (both sides and above). If there is, should be fine, if it's really tight, probably a no go

2nd that; flats went away, and the only tire I put on my Cannondale road bike now. However, as someone else mentioned, they are not meant for wet weather.

depends on your setup, but most likely. i wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on this. worst case scenario, you'll be able to sell these on marketplace as new for what you paid.
