That's not how this works. It's a "play anywhere" title. You get it for Xbox and for you pc - on pc it's in the Xbox app.

This has nothing to do with steam.

This is probably the lowest this is going to be. For the amount of content you get, this is a steal at this price if you are even slijghtly interested in some simcade open world racing. .

Picked up the WorldWide code version for $12.29, redeemed just fine on usa account without needing to use vpn.

This is a no brainer. Arguably the best Forza Horizon at a price lower than 19.99. Which most said it won't be lower than that.

I've been looking to grab it for a few months for when it gets delisted, glad the price is finally dropping. Looks like the Worldwide version is available on the same site for a $1 less and then similar sites also dropped their price to under $15. Will wait in case a coupon code pops up in the next few days anywhere to bring it down to $10. Standard edition has also dropped to under $8.

I tried seven times and I keep getting an error That it cannot complete the order. Paying via PayPal. I see the $1 charge on my credit card which is linked to my PayPal account.

Anyway this is the first time I've seen this. I bought a lot of stuff from CD keys before.

I'm just renting

I like FH4 better than FH5. Just saying. I feel like it has a better vibe, and better DLCs. Better music too. It's just a better game.
The whole "EEe Órale... dive into the freaking volcano!!!" thing is not my cup of tea.

I had the same issue and the only thing that worked for me was using a different PayPal account.

I was afraid that might be one option. But I don't like that :-(

I just might have to do that since it is a killer deal.

I suppose I could use my credit card directly and maybe that would help. But I tend not to use my credit card on CD keys

Really good dead on probably the best Forza Horizon Game in the series.

This game is going to be delisted forever in about 2 weeks. Meaning you can't buy after that but you can keep it if to own.
