I just wasted 45 minutes on dealforager. They jacked up the prices on everything and removed anything of value.

Anything that requires assembly or has different parts (like fittings, etc), I've given up on those. There's just no way that an inspector is going to know about things like set screws, fasteners, connectors, what's supposed to go where, etc. in order to spot missing parts, even if they gave it their best. The (dissatisfied) customer repacking them for return isn't going to be in the most conscientious or helpful mood either.

On the other hand, I have ordered some things graded as low as Very Good that arrived new in the package. Sometimes it's worth rolling the dice, but you have to choose very carefully when identifying whether the nature of the product itself or their scant description of condition make it worth the risk.

And, as someone else mentioned, always check the new price. I often see what I think is a good deal on Resale only to find that the new item is on sale for the same price.

Just recently found out that returning warehouse items requires dropping off at Whole Foods or Amazon Go Stores. No more UPS shipping labels. Anyone has similar experience? Very inconvenient as the closest I is more than 30 minutes away.

I had a return last week (try before buy winter boots) and it offered the ups label. I instead brought the giant boots to Whole Foods and put them on the counter next to some Karen's organic kale. Worth the further drive.
