It's a hardware issue, unfortunately. There was a "secret" service program but you may be past the time period now. However, if you are near an Apple Store it doesn't hurt to make an appointment and have them take a look.

Thanks! The timeframe matches so I'm probably affected, Looks like I can have them evaluated. I just bought the Pro2 so if they replace the original Pro looks like spares
