I have gotten few times from them. Apart from rare bad cases in Reddit, they are a legit shop and have mostly positive reviews.

I'm talking about customer service not company policy. I never claimed they were Costco with unlimited returns. But if it doesn't suit you by all means shop at Saks 5th...there's only so much perks you can expect from a discount site.

Pine, incense and cedar. And in EdP strength, too.

I'm sure some people will like it. It doesn't excite me much.

Excellent customer service my ass. Their policy implies you can do exchanges but the truth is they don't. They let you return it and then repurchase an item. There is a difference as far as getting hit with a fee.
