I have Bose QuietComfort 35 (Series I) from 2016 which i love but the on/off switch is starting to get finicky after 8 years of use. Is this worth the upgrade? I have been waiting to buy a new pair. has the ANC improved and overall sound quality? the new models confusing me because they stopped calling them QC35, QC45, and now they are just called QuietComfort and QuietComfort Ultra

I don't their apology, I want them to do their job right the first time. I value my time, and I don't appreciate having it wasted.

Also, hauling stuff to a UPS Store or Kolds store is tedious, as the nearest one is 45 minutes away.
