  1. Ensure any ad blocking software is disabled on your desktop/laptop web browser
  2. Go to 44mm Samsung Galaxy Watch6 on a desktop/laptop web browser
  3. Under 'Samsung Trade-In', select 'Yes, trade-in', select 'Other' brand and then 'Any Smartwatch, Any Condition'
  4. Under 'VIP Advantage and Samsung Care+', select 'No Coverage'
  5. Click 'continue' to proceed to checkout
  6. In the checkout screen, move the mouse away from the window/towards other tabs as if you were going to leave the page but don't leave the page yet
  7. A popup should appear to convince you to stay in checkout by offering a 25% off coupon
  8. Click the popup to get the 25% off coupon and redeem it
  9. The 25% off coupon should take off $7 from the price (the math doesn't make sense)
  10. Your total should be $169.99 - $100 trade-in - $7 coupon = $62.99 + Free Shipping

I have traded in Amazon halo before successfully. But to be on the safer side, take a video of the halo working first before shipping it.

Yes that's what I am planning Amazon halo view which turns on but ask to sync with app which is not possible for me to do but as long as it's turning on and crack free, do you think that will fly in trade in?

I had the same issue. It's a bit dishonest IMO for Samsung to not simply show the item as OOS, and continue having the buyer checking all these pickup and delivery options (inconclusive), trying to continue (grayed out inexplicably), and then having to separately contact CS just to get an answer. C'mon. 🙄

Was your halo working as in showing time during the trade-in? Mine turns on but shows sync with halo app. Is this considered good enough for trade-in?
