1. Standard clubs are designed with standard length and lie, which are people who are around 5'7" height. Then golf shop can customize from there by increasing or cut down length and adjust lie to fit different people height and so on.
2. Uniflex means it will fit for all player swing speed. So yes, it will work with beginner.
3. 5-pw are regular iron and 4-hybrid make this a hybrid set. Most beginner/golfers, in general, can't hit long iron; so that's why they make Hybrid set like this. So yes, this set work perfectly for beginner.
With all that above and since it is uniflex, this club set should fit all/most level of player. With the exception those who have really fast swing speed. At $199, it's a great deal.

It's a great starter set. But you could find complete kits probably around that price,
