Unless you're dealing with nylocs or corroded/damaged threads, max torque is pretty irrelevant with these. You're supposed to break the fastener loose manually by pushing or pulling on the tool like you would with a normal ratchet wrench, then pull the trigger to zip it out the rest of the way. 35 ft-lbs is sufficient for most cases. If it gets hung up, then use it manually to get through the rough spot.

If you're already into m12, then just buy this. Use an electric ratchet for a day and you'll quickly realize that only peasants turn sockets by hand.

I don't discount what you say on theory, but if that were the case they woulnd't produce something more powerful. My use case is working on my vehicles, most recently chevy tahoe for motor mounts, struts and sway bar end links. I didn't even bother with this ratchet. That is not to say it doesn't have it's place. It just isn't useful for what I am doing.
Dunno why you're getting downvoted. What you're saying is true. The amount of torque for this wrench is near useless. I have this and recently got the fuel and I'd argue even that is still useless. I end up using the m12 torque 3/8 which has a perfect amount of torque ability. If the wrench had as much torque as that it would be infinitely more useful.

Make sure it doesn't keep you in the browser to check out. I had to cancel and reorder

But then that doesn't go into tight spaces.

It doesn't bother me. I've offered feedback on tools I've used before and seems somebody always feels my actual experience using something is some sort of threadcrap.

I stick with my original statement, which is based on my use of the tool, in that you should expect performance equitable to it's $40 pricepoint.

Yes, if you want to assemble some bolt-together shelving or other lightweight work, this is the tool to use. If you want to disassemble the dash in your car, this is the tool. Removing the seats-- not in my experience.

From actual experience I find this tool has little use under the hood or on anything with the least bit of resistance. Even if you have broken free bolts... if they are not shiny new this ratchet will not loosen them unless you manually unthread them most of the way.

If you want to reinstall said bolts, you may get half way before it stalls.

I am just giving real-life examples for people who may not be familiar with what the tool should actually be used for. There will be those who read this and misconstrue it as some sort of complaint. It is not.

There is M18 tools in this, not just M12. I've been looking at the M18 grease gun for the longest time and this sale sold me!

Thanks, OP. Ratchet is sold out. Was in my cart to check out, but decided to do a bit more research before purchasing.
