This is my first time posting a deal so go easy on me:

https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/d...hctor16i23

First time customer email 10% off deal would bring it down to 1799

Amex $100 off customer deal (which I have) brings it down to 1699

Dell rewards on this purchase 162.

So for me, not including tax, after potential deals off is 1267

Good deal?

Same deal from the other day I believe. With the 10% for new customers code (which took about 36 hours to receive via email) the price comes down to$1799. This is by far the cheapest 4080 super build I've seen over the last week. Thanks for posting!

its a good deal I just wouldn't' use the dell rewards as math to bring down the price because it's store credit, if you put the PC on a credit card or took the money out of your account, you can't actually use that money to pay down the initial price of the desktop or put the money back into the account...just think of it as a bonus , however the cash back site can be figured in since that is actual cash you get back to offset the price of the PC, even though it may take 3 months, it eventually does come...so good first try

This or the Alienware r16 with 4070 Ti Super? After cashback and discounts, the 4080 is ~$200 more.

I got the 4070 TiSuper 16gb one. Shipped to my door in 5 days for $1439 after everything. Great deal for a pre-built. I will be upgrading the storage/RAM myself.

My Chase Card has 5% on Dell up to $100 and 5% on Paypal. So I purchased through paypal

Going over OP's math again but for my situation and no need to split payments like some people have done:
First time customer email 10% off deal would bring it down to 1799
With Tax, order total is $1917. This is the amount that I am/will be charged.

Additional cash back discounts:
Chase 5% off Dell and 5% off using Paypal: $191.70 back to card (questionable whether I will get both 5% - If you have multiple cards with discounts then split payments and using Dell directly may be the best way)
Current cb site (I use the "R" one) 15% off: $287.55 cash back

So for me, including tax, the amount that should be pulled from my account once all cash back is done is $1,437.75
Dell rewards is just the bonus at this point: $162
Pretty fantastic deal IMO

How would you get both 5% off? The chase deal says you can't use a third party payment like PayPal.

Check online or on the chase app and look at your offers.
Mine is a Chase Freedom Card and this quarter is 5% on Paypal. If you have that make sure to activate it. Then check the offers on the card and see if Dell is an offer on there.

Good question and maybe it's a YMMV on that because I have done it in the past, but maybe the circumstances were different and I wasn't aware.
Purchase was still made directly with the merchant, but maybe since the payment is processing through Paypal that will be an issue.
Still a good deal for me whether I get the additional 5% or not. May be worth splitting payment to be safe for people that are unsure.
