Thanks for posting, I'd been waiting for these to come back for a while... Alas, someone beat you to it, with an additional $20 off for buying through the Woot app.

According to Powerblock's website, they don't make nor sell these dumbbells anymore, nor have they for a long time. So why do they keep popping up on woot every few months?

The expansions they do seem to make and sell, but not the dumbbells, so... what's the story here?

My guess is your question answers itself. Woot is a clearance website. They sell stuff that's been discontinued or over-accumulated.

Okay that's a pretty bad guess, then. If that were the case it would be a close-out deal and it wouldn't pop up every few months like I pointed out. Yikes!

Chances are these are some Chinese forgery.

Double post. Already front page and this fails to mention 20% for app users

It comes with a 5-year powerblock warranty. They are probably just trying to boost their own sales with a different SKU.

There is a link to the 5-year warranty but the powerblock website does not list these dumbbells under applicable items for the warranty.
