For those who don't read the fine print:
1st BONUS BUCK valid 1/1/25 – 1/31/25. 2nd BONUS BUCK valid 2/1/25 – 2/28/25.

In other words, when you purchase the $50 gift card, you'll get 2 x $10 eBonus Bucks:
  • 1st $10 can only be used in January 2025
  • 2nd $10 can only be used in February 2025

If I buy two $50 gift cards , I will receive 2X$10 cards to spend in the month of January. Can I use both bonus card on same order? Read fine prints but it doesn't say anything about limit one bonus card per table / per person.

I haven't gotten my second $10 card yet either. When I ordered the dates the bonus $10 cards would be issued were listed, but I don't think that information is currently accessible. I don't remember the exact date when they said the second $10 card would be issued, but I'm 99% sure that date has passed. On the bright side, perhaps, I just realized that the subject line of the first $10 card email is "Red Robin sent you an eBonus Buck (1 of 2) for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews."

Dec. 6 by 3 pm was the date for the 2nd bonus card to be emailed. Cashstar does not respond timely to emails or phone calls. They say they sent it the same day as the first email. I think they need more email complaints or phone calls!. Email: [email protected]. Here's the response from Red Robin: Please contact cashstar, our gift support team at (844) 389-7995. Maybe if a lot of people complain they will do something!!

Anyone take this up with their credit card company yet? I'm considering denying payment in the upcoming days as they never answer the phone nor respond to emails.

I contacted Cashstar and got a "check your spam" response that was marked solved. I sent in a second message and one to Red Robin asking them to make it right before February. If not I will file a chargeback for false advertising and complaints with the FTC and any state agency I can think of.

I've never had a problem with promotions like this done through Cashstar in the past but I'll think twice about buying from them in the future.

I received the following message from Red Robin. Apparently privately Cashstar has admitted to Red Robin that they haven't sent out all the cards, and just continue to lie to us, saying it's already been sent and to check spam folders.

"I sincerely apologize for the frustration and for the delay, our department doesn't have access to Gift Cards or Bonus Bucks. Our gift card merchant, Cashstar, let us know they are having processing errors so there is a delay with sending out the second round of Bonus Bucks.

We have escalated this matter and we are reaching out to cashstar as well to help you and all our guests receive their Bonus Bucks. However, we strongly encourage you continue to reach out to them and escalate to a supervisor."

After emailing them both again (Red Robin customer service and [email protected]), I received my 2nd $10 bonus today!
