It's better to get this from Apple for $129, considering you get a $25 gift card back, and if you use the Amazon / Target deal for 15% off Apple GCs, it comes out to about $85!

Ethernet version was $100 just 12 hours ago. I know it's OOS, but there has to be some yardstick for these "hot deals"

I wonder if that return policy works for non members.. I checked out and paid for the 128 last night as a guest and paid extra 5%.. not sure if that 5% is before after sale price.

Or use the Apple GCs to buy the 128gb ($149) that comes with $25 gift card from Apple this weekend

Not true actually. For whatever reason Costco doesn't classify the Apple TV as electronics and you can return it at any time

Does anyone know how to fix the issue with this unit and Sonos Arc with ATV not defaulting the sound to the soundbar instead of the tv speakers? It's quite annoying having to keep selecting the sound to come out of the soundbar every time I switch streaming services. Thanks!

Last tried it was like a skateboard on gravel, super clunky and slow vs fast ATV.

I'm still on the fence about spending the extra money on Apple TV when Roku Ultra is at the same level but much cheaper.

I've never had a smart TV, even high end, that kept up after a year of use. They mostly use budget bin chips and have shit thermals. Non existent ram. Always better to buy a box. 2 shields still going strong almost a decade. New apple tv 128 is blazing. My only hesitation here is the price. Wish it was slightly cheaper.

I have both, it's not close. Plex is better on the ATV, no ads, the interface is much faster and speech to text is way better on the ATV
