Thanks for posting. I've watching this since it came out and finally went for it with the discount. Hopefully it will work well with the 35 f1.2.
Update: I just came across a review.
Here's a review by Dustin Abbott. The conclusion is that it will work well if you have fast focus lens to begin with. I think watching the focus portion will help you decide.

My order was shipped this morning via UPS and is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. I'm not sure it that's possible especially it needs to clear custom then get routed to my state. We will see.
I received mine this afternoon and just got around to play with it a bit. The sigma 35 f1.2 and 135 f1.8 works pretty good. Focus lags a bit but the sharpness is excellent. Pretty much confirms with what Dustin Abbotts said on his review.
I can't tell the firmware version on the camera so I am not sure if there's any ot need to update the firmware. I remember reading somewhere firmware update is via the camera and not cable to the adapter. Hopefully someone can chime in.
Update: LF in the firmware tab is actually for the adapter and initially I thought it was for the lens. The adapter comes with the latest FW (1.37) so no need to update.

I haven't gotten as much time to test yet but in my initial impression, sharpness is pretty good with my Tamron 28-75 f2.8 as is the focus but my Rokinon 85mm 1.4 has a tough time focusing consistently and there is quite some lag. Tomorrow will test with sigma art 35 1.4.
My initial test was on the Z7 and I felt a lag on the auto focus and I finally got around to pair the adapter with the Sigma 35mm f1.2 and Z8, I found the focus to be very responsive and picture to be very sharp. I have been busy with work glad it was a beautiful afternoon to go out and snap some landscape pictures. I will try it with action shots and the Sigma 135mm f1.8 next time out. Overall, I am very happy so far. Given the instruction that it will drain the camera battery, so I have been taking the adapter off after each use. I am a bit concern with how tight it is attached with the lens and camera with long term use that it won't cause damage to the camera or the lens mount.
In conclusion, I encourage anyone who's unsure to give it a try – I'm confident you'll be pleased with the results.
