While it may be a Walmart special offer, it seems well-priced for a tree of this brand compared to other sites. I also thought the reviews for this brand, in general, looked pretty good, but ymmv.
Pictures in the ad and the text description don't match… if it's like the description, that's a much better deal because it will have 30% more branches so it won't be quite as sparse.

Also, the home depot one has 1550 branch tips with 550 LEDs.

Grabbed this and set it up and it's actually very nice considering. Seems like a great deal for the price, regardless if it's a sale or not.
And I guess everything is subjective with lights and stuff. I don't think it's under lit by any means, but some people may want a ton of lights on their tree.
