for what it is worth.....on a Samsung S23 purchase I used the any phone any condition trade in.....I sent them an S7 phone with the battery swelling so much the phone was splitting apart on the sides.....they took it

Kind of confusing about "Other Brand" trade-in. It said in the box "Any Smartwatch, Any Condition". However, below the box it showed the regular trade-in requirements:

"Good condition (Full trade-in value)

Device turns on and screen works normally
Activation Locks are disabled, accounts are removed, and device is factory reset
Charging works and battery holds a charge
Screen and body (front and back) are free of cracks
The device is not on a banned list"
Which one is it? Any Condition or Good condition?

So this is what I'm doing or planning to do. In trading in an old fitbit versa 2 for a watch 6 (still shipping) and then trade in the watch 6 for the 7 which I already picked up from bestbuy. Will Samsung react oddly if I send them the sealed watch 6? Lol. Or should I unseal it and send them the raw watch?

Samsung website says you do not need to send in the watch band or charger so I would open er up.

I tried turning in a galaxy note (can't remember the gen) for my S22+, they said any condition, it was near perfect and they rejected it, no clue why. Still pissed about it

Good point. I did a trade for my current watch 6 sending in my GWA2 a year or so back and I did just that. I'll keep the watch bands and charger I guess lol.

I chatted with two reps and the code they gave did not work. 40 mm Lte watch comes around 203 including tax. 25% cart discount also does not work. Any ideas?

I have chatted with 2 reps who have both agreed with my theory that any smartwatch in any condition includes the non functional Galaxy Watch4 that I am replacing. (Due to non functional being a condition).

Just picked up my Galaxy Watch 7 at Best Buy I got with a discounted link from one of the representatives I chatted with. $90 after tax cannot be beat. Just when I needed a new watch.

Fingers crossed, and 2 chat transcripts saved.
