What motherboards support this CPU? Do all AM5 motherboards support it?

I believe it will fit the AM5 socket and possibly work, but it wouldn't make sense as it's designed for much higher throughput, PCI lanes, memory bandwidth + ECC, 25 Gbps ethernet, and more. Running these chips outside a data center is not very beneficial unless you need a full-on server.

This is EPYC Lite and it absolutely makes sense. These chips are geared toward entry-level systems and allow you to leverage some of the features unique to EPYC without the expense of socket SP5. 4564P is very similar to 9950X.

It's just a rebranded Ryzen. 4004 series doesn't have the 100+ lanes that real EPYCs have. It's the usual 20 something lanes. It would have been a steal if it did.
