That actually did not work. But you can use the same url (given by Dell) to sign up for the $15 on your regular email with Dell account.
Regardless, I have no idea how they work. At the end, I get $15 reward in my regular email with Dell.

I primarily use desktop PC and I have a number of active laptops with old CPU but 32G RAM and some chromebooks. So, I just browse most of time and rarely buy a new laptop.
