This is my favorite ergonomic keyboard. Basically the same design and price as the now-discontinued Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic keyboard, with improvements to connectivity. I have not seen a price like this since the Sculpt days, and I bought two extras in case this gets discontinued like the Sculpt did.
Note that the HP 965 is the same keyboard as the HP 960. The 965 is aimed at business market, and the 960 is aimed at the consumer market.
Compared to similar models:
* Microsoft Sculpt. The HP keyboard is the same width and layout as the Sculpt, with a separate number pad. The HP actually improves on the Microsoft design because it has both bluetooth and USB-A wireless receiver, and has dedicated buttons to hotswitch between the USB and 2 Bluetooth pairings. Supposedly Incase is bringing back the Sculpt, but with no improvements to connectivity, so the Sculpt will probably be USB-A only.
* Logitech Ergo K860. The HP keyboard is shorter in width than the K860 with a separate number pad. I prefer the HP/Sculpt design because you don't need to reach as far to get to the mouse.
* Lenovo Go Split Keyboard. The HP keyboard is very similar to the Lenovo Go (which has a cork palmrest) but comes with the numpad, which for some reason Lenovo decided not to include. There are reported connectivity issues with the Lenovo model as well.
How to get the price:
* The 965 is $59 on the regular HP website, which is already an awesome deal at 50% off a new model keyboard.
* If you use the HP Education or Military/Healthcare/First Responder store, the price goes down further to $49.48. Registration here:

* If you sign up for the HP newsletter, you can get $20 off $65 (unique coupon). This saves $20 if you buy two keyboards. The newsletter offer pops up when you first visit the HP website, so you may need to turn off adblockers. Note it takes about an hour for the coupon to be delivered by email.
Note also that the HP newsletter form that comes up via Google did NOT work for me. Only the popup on the HP website worked. CORRECTION: The Google link to the newsletter did work. The email went to spam. Sign up through the popup or directly here:

* Use PayPal (Chase Freedom) and a portal for additional cash back.

That being said, it's a good deal. I bought this along with a set of other $15 keyboard mouse set and out the door $49 without counting cb
Why can't we get a GOOD backlit ergo?!?!?

Used MS sculpt for many years and then switched to LogiTech K860 for about one year (this one is a little too wide for me, i wish the number pad is detached like the Sculpt) then switched
now i'm using a full mechanical keyboard with similar Alice layout. (Keychron K15Max + Brown Switches). It been great so far, the layout is flexible and can modify the key mapping. I prefer the typing feeling on this keyboard over previous two.
