Good deal, but it's just so tacky to buy a box with a code in it. Yes people are collectors, but a watch collector wouldn't buy a Rolex without the internals. A car collector wouldn't buy a Pontiac fiero Ferrari.

There is a significant marker for physical gamers. Physical games provide a ton of shelf space and promotion. Especially for Nintendo products which have a HUGE casual following.
