But as always, the tag source data is only as good as the information that was input into sites like Discog and Music Brainz. Sometimes the data will be wrong or incomplete and one has to fix it manually.
may have overestimated this data/tag situation, haha! have A LOT of music, talking 75K songs at least, been using iTunes since first iPod and transferred all my music from Microsoft to iTunes when first out + had iTunes Match since launch, which is great as it matches music except for remix/live/acoustic + all my songs live in cloud to save space
now understand what you meant by cleaning up file names + having to pull from Discogs
need a music elf for Christmas!
