just to be clear - does this cover Lightroom Classic? I have the expensive All App plan with all adobe apps right now but I've realized I only need Lightroom and photoshop. I'm on Lightroom CC now but am in the process of moving everything to Lightroom Classic. The 1tb would make everything a lot smoother, but I really want Lightroom Classic for organizing all my external drives. Not sure if this deal is right for me or if I am better off simply canceling.

Does this price include the fact Adobe secretly owns all your artwork for its ai model?

According to the description on Newegg:
Apps included in the Creative Cloud Photography plan:
Lightroom CC - Edit, organize, store, and share photos from anywhere
Lightroom Classic CC - Desktop-focused photo editing
Photoshop CC - Image editing and compositing
Portfolio - Create beautiful portfolio websites on desktop and mobile
Adobe Spark with premium features - Create customized graphics, web pages, and video stories in minutes
* Lightroom CC is not compatible with Windows 7 and 8. However, Lightroom Classic CC is supported on both of these versions.

Depends on the software. Topaz Labs releases a new version of their $400 video upscaling tool every year or so.

Would you rather stay up to date and spend $20 a month for the months you need it, or update every year and pay $33 every month regardless of usage?

True, software claiming perpetual license slaps huge amounts for upgrades. Free upgrades are gone.
I think the next subscription would be pay per use/hr.. and that too will sound good at first

I'm trying to stay away from Adobe monthly subscriptions. The contracts are not something I want to deal with, you should be able to cancel anytime. I guess this is a good deal if you are still dependent on their products.

Great deal, just got one, had $20/month subscription already for the same plan, redeemed the code, and the next renewal date is in Dec 2025!

I had finally caved in yesterday and got the 1yr/1TB plan for $119 after not seeing any special sale for BF 🤦 ♂️. If I get this too, can I extend that subscription by a year?

Unless terms & conditions changed recently, yes.
You can also sit on the code and only apply it after your current runs out and you need to actually use PS/LR again. Might save a few extra weeks that cost nothing.
