For $100, if you expect anything more, then you need to take a hard look in the mirror.
I hope everyone is excited to read 80 comments ripping this thing apart when the fact that it exists is a miracle on its own.
If you're bothering to read comments, there is a 99% chance that you need something better than this.

Numerous OB/mint options on eBay from reputable retailers (like VipOutlet - there are many others, of course), are much better deals for the money, than this fanless cripple here.

And what exactly is your hangup on a fanless $99 laptop? It's got generally good reviews (and good reviews at a much higher pricepoint too), and literally one negative review about the fan. In fact, there are more POSITIVE reviews about this laptop not having a fan, than negative. If it were a significant issue, there'd be a lot more with overheated laptops.

4GB of non-upgradable RAM is obviously a limitation, but again this is $99. Windows will struggle with 4GB of RAM, but you could throw a Linux dristro on here and it will be 100% usable for several years.

Wait I can upgrade eMMC to NVME? Main issue is how slow EMMC is, this could be a major snappiness boost if it can be replaced.
