Quote from ericquixote :
Totally agree. This is trying to make a videogame into a board game (or the other way around?), when it really just wants to be D&D. Horribly boring game that is a pain to set up.
Wow, I do not know how to say this without sounding like I am attacking you (and McFancyPants21) but I do not think what you are saying could be further from the truth. Because a game uses an app does not mean it is trying to be a video game. There are quite a few board games out now (with more to come) that use apps to assist in gameplay, and I do not think any of them could be accused of trying to be a video game. Not sure how new either of you are to gaming, or how into the hobby you are, but you should definitely give this game more of a chance. I have met "gamers" of all types and have yet to hear anyone say a bad word about this game. That does not necessarily mean it is good or even great, but for anybody reading the comments here, understand that these two comments represent the minority of people that have tried this game.
