Don't get me wrong, I am happy to be getting a refund [hopefully, in up to 7 "business days"], but their lack of explanation, or offer to provide a replacement code, is troubling to say the least. I am done. Buyer beware...
If you have an Ultimate sub already, you only get 3 months of Ultimate when converting a year of Core. Even with the current Slickdeal on Core being $42, that's for just 3 months of Ultimate. With this offer, if you buy the max of 4, that gets you a full year for less than half price.
Bonkers to me that the Core deal is getting so much attention and this isn't...
