They're not offering free shipping on Cyber Monday of all days, AND the "free shipping at Gap.com" code doesn't work on Old Navy items even though the two stores share a cart. Ugh, seriously?? >_<

EDIT: After putting a cheap item from Gap in my cart and adding code SEND, the entire cart (including Old Navy stuff) was eligible for free shipping.

It depends on their preference. Personally, I haven't bought Old Navy leggings for probably 6 years. At some point they abandoned the quality fabric they used to use and have cheaped out with this "cloud" fabric they use on everything, which is super thin and has no compression at all. But for $13, meh… do what you want. If they don't care about compression or longevity or fun patterns, go for it.

Personally I will never be ordering from Old Navy again... items missing from order, call Customer Service (in Asia), am told to file a claim. Claim is imeediately denied.

Check the OldNavy subreddit on Reddit and this appears to be a long-standing problem.
