Thanks OP. My order went through fine but I got an email from amazon saying:

There was an error setting up your subscription.
This subscription could not be created
 
We were unable to create this subscription.
Please try again later.

The initial order is still there (has not yet been canceled from what I can see), but I don't see it when I look at my S&S items.

Anyone seen that before? Odd.
