I bought a $2k massage chair to replace my massage pad and I shipped it back because the pad was better. I use this combo now and am very happy with them.

How tall are you? The reviews seem to suggest if you're over 5 foot 6 with a normal size torso you won't like it

won't like what? the massage chair, the chair pad or the shoulder massager? There are 3 things mentioned in my comment. I am 5'10" the pad goes up to my shoulder blades and massages my lower back and lower traps ( near shoulder blades) the Shiatsu Neck massager does a good job on my neck and upper traps. My main point was that be cautious buying massage chairs as some of them, even expensive ones do a poor job of massaging! The links for the items are Amazon links so if you buy them and don't like them just return them.

Save your money and get a real massage. It will be so much better than what a cheap chair can do.
