$10/month for Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic is an awesome deal. $15 is still a good deal.. this current offer of about ~$7.33/month is an amazing deal.
The normal plans are $22.99/month for Photoshop (annual subscription), $19.99/month for Photoshop + Lightroom (no lightroom classic). Lightroom is $9.99/month if signed into an annual subscription (not including Classic).
Lightroom Classic is the big value, and I think most photographers prefer that version the most. To be able to get the full plan at a low price is great.
I hate the subscription model, but Adobe actually does a good job of updating their apps to give them useful features, and I've bought so many "lifetime subscriptions" to other apps at $200 a piece only for them to shake you down for another $120 the next year for any decent updates/bug fixes/support.. and they don't do nearly as much as LR/PS

Go here and it should say:
"Your Plan"
If it says "Photography plan (20GB)" then Yes, it will stack. If it says anything else (Like Photography Plan 1TB", or "Photoshop and Lightroom Plan" then no, it won't stack
