For what it's worth, anything I have ever purchased from UA needed to be sized up a least one size. I'm right between an L and XL, depending on the brand but XL in UA are a snug fit. 2XL works for me with a slightly loose fit. For this item, I find it's better to size up a rain jacket no matter the brand.

Second this. I have a pretty athletic frame and am normally in the M range for regular cuts and L for slim cuts in most brands for tops, and I've have to get at least L in all UA tops. And they're normally pretty snug anyway.
