Cause I am on the old "ONE" plan, got 6 paid lines and 6 free lines over the life of being a customer for 10 years.

Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).

I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

I tried both chat and T-Force and credit got rejected. So I am returning my device and upgraded with buds.

Yeah, put Samsung-generic. I got my Pixel 7 from Google directly so for it I put Google-generic. When I traded it in at the store he also chose that same thing.

You may have to pay restocking fee which is 70 dollars. That is what i was told by the rep

T-Force is the T-Mobile support on Twitter aka X. Its not a chat - more of response and reply (relaxed), used to be more powerful in terms of what they can do compared to chat but not anymore. S9 for 100-115 bucks is the cheapest phone you can trade-in. And there are sellers on ebay selling just trade-in phones for t-mobile Smilie
