Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).
I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

man nice! i tried earlier today and got the runaround, i don't think it's gonna happen but tried calliing once more tonight for a hail mary.
oh well, the 800 trade in for my iphone 11 was still an insanely good value so i shouldn't complain
I was told by two reps that simple choice does not qualify. I tried and was not able to purchase.
