I'm on simple choice from 10 years ago. Lol
Should put "Bill Credits" in the title.
Cause I am on the old "ONE" plan, got 6 paid lines and 6 free lines over the life of being a customer for 10 years.

Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).

I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

I also called 611. I think it was helpful that I got a rep based on Salem, Oregon. They were much more helpful and knew about the issue. I recommend trying to call them in the morning. I've had better luck getting a US based rep then. Good luck!

Received my pixel 9 and buds today that I reordered 2 days ago. Called tmobile to get everything all settled with the promo having to be added manually and will go trade-in my phone instore instead of mailing it in.
We'll see how it goes when the bill comes in next month

I got a text message to call 1-800-937-8997. It was already evening time when I called them. They told me the pixel 9 pro XL order was canceled due to some glitch in the system. She told me to place a new order again while she waited. She acknowledge that the promotion is only $500.00 credit currently but her supervisor will reinstate the $800.00 offer after the receive the new phone and submit the tradein. I received the new phone and buds the very next day. They told me I would received a call back on Jan 8th to confirm the everything went smoothly. The same thing happened to me with the get an " iphone on us" deal last time and they made good on their word. I am still on the grandfathered tmobile one plan.

I'm in the same boat. I got the call back Monday 12/23 and was assured my account would be updated. check on 12/26 and still only the $500 promo. I called in and this time got overseas support. Once i was able to explain the issue i was promised they would escalate and call back. Well i got the callback today and they say I'm on the right promo and the $800 promo is for business accounts. So I'll try one more time tomorrow before I return everything.

Hmm, that's a bummer. My callback was supposed to be today but haven't heard back yet.
Will contact them tomorrow if I don't hear back.

With TMO, you really want everything go thru the automated systems because their reps
just give wrong or different answers every time Frown

Anyone still having issues with getting credit for their trade-in? My trade in was received and accepted 12/17/25 for $800 according to an email they sent. But as of today the credit shows $0 online and I'm not getting any monthly credit. I've contacted them a few times including T-Force and was told this is a known issue and would be fixed soon. Reading these threads, it seems like it's not that common of an issue as I don't see a lot of people complaining about it.

I have similar issue. I was told that I was not qualified after telling me several times that they would fix the issue

Did you escalate to TForce? I got both email and text saying they got and approve the $800. If you did too then I don't see how they can weasel their way out of it.

I haven't escalated to TForce. I may need to find out how to do it. I just called 611. And I have called 4 or 5 times. Yeah out of 3 calls, one of them tried to tell me the same thing about being out of the promo period. One told me my bill was generated already so my credit wouldn't show until the next bill. One told me something isn't right and will escalate my case. I ended up sitting on the phone waiting and was eventually passed onto someone with no accent. I'm guessing someone based in the US. This person looked into it and said it shows I'm getting the promo. I just have to be patient and wait.

My fourth contact was via X to TForce. This time I was told it shows I'm getting the promo but it's a known bug on TMobile's end. And nothing could be done until it's fixed on TMobile's end.

At the end of the day, I have texts and email saying I qualify and am getting the $800. I intend to move up to the CFPB and FCC.

I got thesame issue. Text and email from TMobile indicated $800 promotional credit but I have not seen any deduction in monthly payment. I called TMobile and the rep said if the credit does not show this month, I should get double the credit next month (and of course regular credit each month after). Will see. I will go to TMobile store if this is not resolved by next month.

my order was one of the cancelled orders and I had to place a new order and call up tmobile and tell them to put me on promo: Smartphone Trade ID240577
