Got this last month with the 25% coupon for 11 bucks. I strapped a rat to it and used it for a prank and it held up pretty well. On rubber flooring it did great, on slat it kinda slides but not too bad. On low pile carpet it slowed a little but still did fine.

For real. It's like Nissan wants the car to fail. I see plenty of Nismos at my dealership.

Does this Nissan come with a busted front bumper and hood? Or is that just the full sized models?

These cars are fast. Like uncontrollably fast for little kids. Think old school slot cars without the guide. Got a bunch last year to try a DIY Rocket League with no luck. Is there any way to govern them besides half dead batteries?

The RC car is well built and can take damage. However, there is another 1/32 scale RC car on temu that is not as well built but has features this model does not. Like if you have carpet, this won't run well. You need a surface that's flat to not run into issues. The 1/32 scale car off temu can go over any terrain, is faster, handles a little worse but has more flexibility in its handling ability. Also, this Hot Wheels model I don't think has a way to turn off the remote controller you have to take the batteries out. On the bright side you can charge the car without taking out any screws unlike the temu RC cars. All in all, it's decent for $12 but personally I like the Temu 1/32 RC cars more which runs for like $17-18.

Bought one recently and car and controller has pairing issue within 1 month and the Nissan hotwheels would be stuck going backwards (I thought it might be controller drift but we've been careful with it) so if you buy one I would opt for the extended warranty

Mine did the same thing, just turn off / on controller, if it doesn't work, pull out the batteries.

Agree. My nephew loves to go fast and hit everything. The only way it's kind of controllable is with a light thumb (I do it, my nephew not at all) and then it's incredibly easy to drive and as use. Does not work on most carpets as an FYI. Hardwood and tile, even with uneven grout lines etc it does great. Carpet, no.
